MCSI Water Systems Management provides a wide range of consulting, management and operations services. We are available to develop a plan to serve the specific needs and budgets of our clients.

Billing:   We can create a customized bill for your water users. Produce and mail it with data provided by you by mail, fax, or e-mail.

Bookkeeping:  We have computerized billing systems for several water companies and homeowners associations.

Receivables:  We originate billings and provide collection services for delinquent accounts.

Payables:  Computerized posting and payments of accounts payable.  Bank reconciliation

Financing:  We coordinate financing,  provide budgeting services, and an assets management program for improvement projects.

Newsletters:    Newsletters can be added to any of your mailings.  

Operations:    Currently, we are available on the Central Coast - Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara and  Santa Cruz Counties for water systems operations and maintenance. MCSI employs Grade 1 and 2 licensed water treatment operators.
