Federal, state and local water regulations are constantly changing and becoming more stringent. MCSI stays up to date through our connections with the American Water Works Assn. (AWWA), California Water Assn (CRWA), water systems regulators at all levels, and periodic training sessions approved by the California department of Health Services.

MCSI has State Licensed Grade 1 and 2 Distribution Operators. Every system over 14 connections must now have a Distribution Operator. MCSI operators have Grade 1 and 2 Treatment Operator licenses, for those systems requiring treatment. We can also provide the services of a licensed Professional Engineer specializing in system design.

MCSI has provided administrative and supervisorial oversight in the creation and improvement of several wells, springs and alternative sources of water for projects along the central coast. MCSI works closely with with all the regualatory and permitting agencies to bring water projects to fruition.

MCSI has produced numerous technical reports and exhibits utilized by water systems and property owners to obtain permits and financing for the beneficial use of water on their lands.
